To characterise the flowability (moulding batch
control) and to provide evidence for the residual
moisture of the plastic to be converted, there
are state-of-the-art analysis tools such as MVR
checking devices (Melt Volume Rate) at our disposal.
A state-of-the-art automated DSC- (dynamic differential calorimetry) is used for identification and quality control of raw materials (granules) as well as for failure analysis. |
